Vinyasa Flow focused on dynamic, breath synchronized movement. Options will be offered for each level of practice. Just come as you are and do what you can.
This class is heated to 90+degrees to help increase mobility & circulation.
The perfect compliment to your ‘yang’ vinyasa flow practice. Yin includes long held poses using gentle to moderate stress, primarily targeting the body above the knees & below the navel. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated & relaxed.
