A fusion of barre fitness, pilates, & light cardio work designed to tone & lengthen your muscles from head to toe. With the use of the barre & props all major muscle groups are toned & stretched to create strength while maintaining flexibility.
Just like our regular Barre class but using more resistance bands, balls and hand weights; instead of the barre.

Gain skills and techniques necessary to build and teach BARRE classes that are effective, creative, fun and challenging.
Learn innovative class design, musicality and beat recognition, how to use your voice for effective cuing, proper barre alignment, barre terminology, sequencing, movement flows, and more!
Our comprehensive program will cover anatomy and bio-mechanics as it applies to teaching Barre.
Observation, Practice Teaching & Feedback. In addition to completion of our weekend course, you will need to complete 15+ hours of self-integration study and practice for certification. No previous teaching experience required.
