High Intensity Indoor cycling classes that are both fun and challenging. You’ll be greeted with a smile, encouraged to push to your edge, and leave feeling great! All levels are welcome. Be prepared to sweat!

Here at the shop, we ride to the beat!
We love music and riding to the beat. Our classes will ride to the beat of the music while incorporating upper body choreography. Build your endurance with the added motivation of upbeat music, cool lighting effects, and the occasional addition of hand weights.​
WHAT YOU NEED: SPD Clip-in shoes
rentals available OR regular tennis shoes can be worn

What you'll Learn
Gain the skills and techniques needed to teach high-energy, effective, and inspiring SPIN classes. Learn dynamic class design, musicality and beat matching, powerful cueing with your voice and body language, proper bike setup and alignment, coaching strategies, interval and endurance training formats, and how to create an unforgettable ride that motivates every rider.​

Early Bird Tuition $600
Through April 1st, 2026.
$700 thereafter. 50% deposit required.
includes training hours, training manual,
1-month unlimited classes at the shop after the training. ​
