Turn down the lights, turn up the music, and get ready to ride. Our high-energy indoor cycling classes are designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire you; whether it's your first ride or your hundredth. Expect heart-pumping intervals, climbs, sprints, and endurance-building drills all set to an upbeat playlist that keeps you moving from start to finish.
​At The Shop, we ride to the beat. Music is at the heart of every class. You'll move with the rhythm while incorporating upper-body choreography and occasional hand-weight segments for a full-body challenge.​

WHAT YOU NEED: SPD Clip-in shoes (rentals available) OR regular tennis shoes can be worn in the pedal cages
Spin + Sculpt 45minutes
A high-energy workout that gives you the best of both worlds. We’ll start with an empowering, beat-driven cycling ride to elevate your heart rate, build endurance, and leave you dripping. Then we’ll hop off the bike and move into a sculpt session focused on strength, tone, and controlled burn using light weights and bodyweight exercises. Expect cardio, strength, and a full-body shake. All in one efficient, sweaty class. Perfect when you want it all. In addition to spin shoes, you will need a yoga mat (rentals available)

What you'll Learn
Gain the skills and techniques needed to teach high-energy, effective, and inspiring SPIN classes. Learn dynamic class design, musicality and beat matching, powerful cueing with your voice and body language, proper bike setup and alignment, coaching strategies, interval and endurance training formats, and how to create an unforgettable ride that motivates every rider.​

Early Bird Tuition $700
Through April 1st, 2026.
$800 thereafter. 50% deposit required.
includes training hours, training manual,
1-month unlimited classes at the shop after the training. ​
