What you'll Learn
Our Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed to deepen your personal practice, expand your understanding of yoga, and prepare you to confidently lead others through dynamic, intelligent, and inclusive classes. Learn from our team of skilled, experienced teachers including Ashley Zettler, Kristin Schneider, Justin Levine, Bex Richards, Sara Paige, Anaiz Ochoa, and Brady Garrison. ​

200- Hour Early Bird Tuition $2500
includes training hours, training manual,
unlimited classes at the shop during the training.
$2800 after March 1st, 2026, $500 deposit required

What you'll Learn
Gain the skills and techniques needed to teach high-energy, effective, and inspiring SPIN classes. Learn dynamic class design, musicality and beat matching, powerful cueing with your voice and body language, proper bike setup and alignment, coaching strategies, interval and endurance training formats, and how to create an unforgettable ride that motivates every rider.​

Through April 1st, 2026.
$700 thereafter. 50% deposit required.

What you'll Learn
Gain skills and techniques necessary to build and teach barre classes that are effective, creative, fun and challenging. Learn innovative class design, musicality and beat recognition, how to use your voice for effective cuing, proper barre alignment, barre terminology, sequencing, movement flows, and more!​
