Our YOGA | BARRE | SPIN classes are designed for any age, any body type & all levels.

Come as you are, do what you can, & most importantly have fun! 

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled class time
 
Wear lightweight clothing you can sweat in

Arrive hydrated on an empty stomach

Bring a water bottle or buy one from us
​
Notify teacher before class of any injuries or if you will need to leave early
